Abstract	本发明公开了一种具有二甲基二硫醚降解能力的蜡状芽孢杆菌及其在环境修复中的应用。本发明通过对广州市河涌中活性污泥中细菌进行分离纯化，得到一株对二甲基二硫醚具有良好降解能力的蜡状芽孢杆菌，将此蜡状芽孢杆菌命名为蜡状芽孢杆菌（Bacillus?cereus）GIGAN2，于2013年09月08日保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心（CCTCC），地址：中国武汉武汉大学，保藏编号为CCTCC?NO：M2013395。本发明分离得到的蜡状芽孢杆菌GIGAN2可高效降解环境中二甲基二硫醚，将其应用于环境中二甲基二硫醚污染治理，可以达到环境修复的目的。
