Abstract	本发明公开了一种污泥脱水固化一体化处理方法。通过将待处理的污水厂浓缩池的污泥加入混合反应器中，然后向其中加入脱水药剂、固化药剂，经搅拌反应后，进行机械脱水，得到脱水固化的污泥；其中，脱水药剂为铁盐或铝盐絮凝剂，固化药剂为生石灰、高炉炉渣灰和缓凝剂的组合物。高含水率污泥经本方法处理后，污泥的含水率降至44％以下，无侧限抗压强度可达到大于520kPa，抗剪强度可达到大于50kN/m²，可满足填埋场覆盖土或一般回填土的土工强度要求。本方法具有工艺流程简单、脱水率高、固化效果好、耗能低等优点，具有较高的推广应用价值。
