Abstract	本发明公开了一种铜硫尾矿中金属铷资源回收的焙烧浸出处理工艺，可用于铜尾矿的金属铷回收。尾矿经脱水至含水率为15％，加入40％的氯化钙溶液，氯化钙加入量与尾矿的干重质量比为1∶9。搅拌混合后造粒，使其形成粒度不小于4mm的球团。经950℃焙烧0.5h，以液固质量比为0.8加入纯水浸出焙烧渣，在常温下浸出30min。过滤得到铷的浸出液，铷浸出回收率可达100％。浸出液共循环3次，以提高浸出液中铷含量。
