Abstract本发明公开了一种用于吸附挥发性有机污染物的硅藻土基多孔复合材料及其制备方法。它是利用强碱溶液对硅藻土中硅藻质二氧化硅进行溶蚀,增大其大孔/介孔孔径并形成微孔,提高孔隙率,然后在其表面负载纳米沸石晶种,通过水热处理使纳米沸石晶粒生长成致密的沸石膜。由于沸石生长使用了外加硅源,硅藻土中含有的少量铝并不会进入沸石骨架,所形成的沸石为高疏水性的纯硅沸石。而由于碱的扩孔作用,沸石膜并未将硅藻土中大孔结构堵塞。制备出的硅藻土基多孔复合材料仍保留硅藻土独特的大孔骨架并含有丰富的沸石微孔结构。该材料具有大比表面积和孔体积、高疏水性和热稳定性,对正己烷、苯、甲苯及邻-二甲苯等挥发性有机污染物具有较高的吸附量。
