| Abstract | 本发明提供一种铜硫尾矿中金属铷资源回收的分选富集处理工艺，属于矿山固体废物资源化领域。其特征在于首先使用硫化浮选法回收尾矿中的硫化矿，使浮选尾矿中有效硫含量低于2％。然后以硫酸调节硫化浮选的尾矿矿浆pH至4，并以复配阳离子捕收剂浮选回收长石云母类矿物。铜硫尾矿经浮选后铷的回收率达到80％，铷含量富集3倍左右。本发明通过两步浮选法富集铜硫尾矿中的含铷矿物，有效降低了铷进一步回收的处理成本，且铜尾矿中的硫、锌、铜等资源富集到分选得到的硫化矿中，达到一定的品位可用于进一步的回收利用，实现了较高的经济效益和环境效益。 |
