| Abstract | 本实用新型涉及一种有机杂气纯化装置，包括气流依次通过的冷阱、高温裂解炉和纯化单元，所述高温裂解炉的入口和出口分别通过管道连接冷阱的出口和纯化单元的入口，所述纯化单元设有气流的出口，所述纯化单元的出口和入口之间设有纯化剂，所述纯化单元包括对通入气流进行温度调节的调温机构。有机杂气依次通过冷阱吸附、高温裂解并全部通过纯化单元的纯化剂由纯化剂纯化后，去除了其中的有机大分子物质，以获取纯净的惰性气体供质谱分析，极大的提高了质谱分析的稳定性和准确性。本实用新型适用于惰性气体的质谱分析领域。 |
