Abstract本发明公开了一种紫外光固化型PET膜表面处理底涂剂及其制备方法和应用。紫外光固化型PET膜表面处理底涂剂，其特征在于，按质量分数100%计，包括：二官能度脂肪族氨基甲酸酯-丙烯酸酯型低聚物45%～55%；三官能团活性稀释剂三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯15%～20%；双官能团活性稀释剂三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15%～20%；光引发剂2-羟基-2-甲基-1-苯基丙酮1.5%～2.5%；光引发剂1-羟基环己基苯甲酮1.5%～2.5%；乙酸乙酯5%～15%。本发明的紫外光固化型PET膜表面处理底涂剂可应用于PET装饰材料、标签材料、PET保护膜表面处理，用于提高UV油墨、涂料附着力。
