| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种从粘土制备氧化硅和氢氧化铝的方法。它将1：1型层状结构的粘土材料粉碎过200目筛，再将过筛后的粘土材料与碱性化合物按照质量比1：0.2～0.8混合均匀后置于温度400～800℃下加热6～16小时，加热后的物料冷却后在保持体系温度为50～60℃的条件下加入一元酸，一元酸的浓度为2～7mol/L，加入量为碱性化合物中OH-摩尔量的1.25倍，搅拌使其充分反应，反应后的物料过滤，滤液存放4～20小时以形成凝胶，将凝胶在80～150℃进行干燥，得到凝胶干燥物，凝胶干燥物在温度40～50℃下用稀酸进行洗涤，然后固液分离，固体为氧化硅，洗涤液为含有铝的溶液，在含有铝的溶液中用碱使铝沉淀完全形成氢氧化铝沉淀，再固液分离得到氢氧化铝固体。 |
