Abstract	本发明公开了一种铅锌尾矿焙烧磁选处理工艺：包括以下步骤：(1)尾矿脱硫：对铅锌尾矿进行氧化焙烧脱硫；(2)配料造球：在脱硫后的铅锌尾矿中添加煤粉，混合均匀后，在圆盘造球机上造球；(3)磁化焙烧：将步骤(2)制得的球团进行磁化焙烧；(4)磁选：将步骤(3)得到的磁化焙烧渣在湿磨机上磨细，然后将磨细后的浆料通过两段磁选，得到磁选精矿、磁选中矿和磁选尾矿；(5)将磁选中矿返回步骤(2)的配料中；对磁选尾矿进行稀贵金属回收；将磁选精矿烘干得到铁精矿成品。该处理工艺能够在磁选回收铁精矿的同时，富集其它贵金属资源，提升尾矿回收的经济价值。
