Abstract本发明公开了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的四极杆质谱测控系统及方法,其系统包括上位机和四极杆质谱测试设备,所述四极杆质谱测试设备包括至少一电磁阀、至少一气动阀、一四极杆分析器、一分子泵、一离子泵、一真空机组、一USB-CAN转换器和一超高真空腔;所述上位机包括主控模块、数据信号分析模块、存储模块、I/O卡、USB接口和显示器,所述主控模块中包括阀门开关控制模块和串口通信模块。采用本发明可充分发挥虚拟仪器技术LabVIEW编程的简单和界面友好等优点,以及四极杆质谱分析器的优点,实现性价比较高、测控程序简单且易于调试和维护的质谱测控系统。
