Abstract	本发明公开了一种芽孢杆菌GZT及其在环保领域特别是生物降解2，4，6-三溴苯酚中的应用。本发明所述的芽孢杆菌GZT是从电子垃圾高风险区的淤泥中进行分离、纯化而得，于2010年12月13日保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心，保藏编号为CCTCC?NO:M2010346。该芽孢杆菌GZT降解2，4，6-三溴苯酚的能力强，降解率可达96.2％，脱溴率可达88.4％，矿化率可达29.0％，可将其应用于环保领域中，用于对2，4，6-三溴苯酚进行降解。
