Abstract	本实用新型提供了一种处理工业有机废气的光催化和微生物联用设备。该设备包括集气罩、袋式除尘器、光催化反应器和生物滴滤塔。工业有机废气通过本实用新型处理，工业有机废气中的总悬浮颗粒物，废气中的挥发性有机物能被有效去除。本实用新型组合紧凑、占地面积小，微生物培养基通过生物滴滤塔的循环水槽循环使用，不会对环境造成二次污染，而且降低成本。
