Abstract	本发明涉及辣椒碱的纯化方法。本方法以市售辣椒素为原料，将辣椒素溶于亲水性的有机溶剂中，并与含银离子的水溶液进行络合反应，再用憎水性有机溶剂处理银离子络合物，除去银离子后，再用碱、酸等处理浓缩液，最后回收高纯度辣椒碱。该方法降低成本，并对环保有利。
