Abstract本发明涉及一种纳米ZnO-SnO2复合氧化物光催化剂的制备方法。其特征在于以水溶性锌盐和SnCl4·5H2O作为制备纳米ZnO-SnO2复合氧化物光催化剂的原料,氨水作为沉淀剂,利用氨水和其它溶液中的阴离子结合而形成的胺盐在烧结时能分解成气体逸出的特点,不需要较长时间的洗涤过程,就可得到比以NaOH为沉淀剂时更小、活性更高的纳米ZnO-SnO2复合氧化物光催化剂。本发明方法操作简单,制备出来的ZnO-SnO2复合氧化物光催化剂将污染物降解为无毒的化合物。
