Abstract	本发明涉及一种用于控制河道底泥二次污染的固定化复合菌剂的制备方法，其特征包括分别制备光合细菌发酵培养液和芽孢杆菌发酵培养液，以及在固体发酵培养基中制备固定化复合菌剂。本发明的固定化复合菌剂投入污染河道后，不易流失，不仅发挥微生物菌剂对污染物的降解作用，还可发挥沸石粉对底泥释放污染物的吸附固定作用，达到减少底泥对上覆水体污染的目的。试验表明，使用本发明中开发的固定化复合菌剂，可使底泥对上覆水体的污染释放明显下降。
