| Abstract | 本发明提供一种气压离子源接口，设置在离子源与质量分析器之间，包括加热毛细管、毛细管加热器、毛细管温度传感器、射频多极杆、平面分离锥以及一级真空腔体等；一种利用上述接口实现的方法，利用大气压离子源产生的离子在强电场及辅助气流的作用下进入加热毛细管，并在加热毛细管的出口端发生超音速膨胀，从而引入到质谱仪器的一级真空中；膨胀后的离子又在射频多极杆的射频电场作用下重新聚焦并通过平面分离锥送入二级真空中。本发明利用射频多极杆的离子聚焦作用，将毛细管引入的离子会聚成小于0.5毫米的离子束，高效地引入到质谱仪器中，并具有双重去溶作用；本发明可以将多种大气压离子源与质量分析器连成一体，并完成差动抽真空的作用。 |
