Abstract	本发明公开了一种用于热催化氧化甲苯的硅藻土负载锰氧化物型催化剂及其制备方法。本发明以锰盐作为金属元素来源，尿素作为沉淀剂，酸洗提纯的硅藻土作为载体，采用沉积‑沉淀法合成硅藻土负载锰氧化物型前驱体，然后经洗涤，干燥，压片，破碎，筛选，焙烧制备得到用于热催化氧化甲苯的硅藻土负载锰氧化物型催化剂。其可有效催化氧化高浓度的甲苯(≥1000ppm)，在350℃以上时，去除率达到90％以上；具有催化活性高、起燃温度低、无二次污染和成本低廉等优点，适用于工业废气中高浓度甲苯的净化处理。
