Abstract本发明公开了一种高(001)面锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选取氟钛酸钾溶于水中得氟钛酸钾溶液,将氟钛酸钾溶液置于水热反应釜中,密封后调节水热反应釜内反应温度为150~230℃,并采用惰性气体调节水热反应釜内压力为50~150MPa,进行水解反应0.5~10h,反应后快速冷却至室温;(2)打开水热反应釜,回收釜内残余溶液,收集样品,所得样品经洗涤、干燥后即得高(001)面纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶。该制备方法原料简单、易获得,反应时间短,反应温度低,避免了复杂的反应流程,简化了工艺,成本较低,同时合成出的锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶颗粒均一、晶形完好、高(001)面占比。
