Abstract	本发明公开了一种高(001)面锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶的制备方法，包括以下步骤：(1)选取氟钛酸钾溶于水中得氟钛酸钾溶液，将氟钛酸钾溶液置于水热反应釜中，密封后调节水热反应釜内反应温度为150～230℃，并采用惰性气体调节水热反应釜内压力为50～150MPa，进行水解反应0.5～10h，反应后快速冷却至室温；(2)打开水热反应釜，回收釜内残余溶液，收集样品，所得样品经洗涤、干燥后即得高(001)面纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶。该制备方法原料简单、易获得，反应时间短，反应温度低，避免了复杂的反应流程，简化了工艺，成本较低，同时合成出的锐钛矿型二氧化钛纳米晶颗粒均一、晶形完好、高(001)面占比。
