Abstract本发明公开了一种提高二次离子质谱仪样品腔真空度的全自动控制装置,包括自增压液氮罐、真空冷冻罐、密封盖体及加液控制器,所述自增压液氮罐与真空冷冻罐之间通过液氮管道相连通,在所述真空冷冻罐内分别设有与加液控制器连接的低位传感器及高位传感器,在所述液氮管道上设有与加液控制器连接的气动阀门,所述气动阀门与氮气管道相连接,当真空冷冻罐中液氮达到预先设定的低位时,根据反馈加液控制器控制气动阀门打开;当真空冷冻罐中液氮达到预先设定的高位时,根据反馈加液控制器控制气动阀门关闭,从而对真空冷冻罐中液氮含量的精确控制,实现对样品腔真空度的精确控制。
