Abstract	一种适用于微体积液体成分分析的微区原位滴液板，包括由特氟龙材质制作成型的滴液板，在滴液板的顶面形成多个凸出的溢流台，溢流台的顶面高度平齐，溢流台之间相互间隔一定距离，溢流台上形成其坑径均一或不均一内凹的圆形滴液坑，圆形滴液坑的坑底形成平滑的曲面，所述的滴液板所有周边外缘形成可用于固定滴液板的卡槽。本实用新型结构简单，成本低廉，易于使用，可大大拓展激光剥蚀等离子质谱或激光剥蚀多接受等离子质谱等设备的应用范围和应用空间，具备较强的实用价值和经济价值。
