Abstract	本发明公开了一种基于大型二次离子质谱对锆石中“水”含量和氧同位素进行同时分析的方法。本发明是基于仪器系统烘烤，循环钛泵烘烤抽气，尽可降低仪器内部背景值，并采用合金材料靶减少外部引入的杂质气体，辅以液氮冷冻，极大提高样品腔真空度，有效降低了检测下限，提高了分析精度，并基于大型二次离子质谱仪的高空间分辨率的特征，实现小颗粒锆石及其他名义上无水矿物的微区原位“水”含量及氧同位素同时分析。
