Abstract	本发明公开一种基于基因重组发光菌的工业废水生物毒性检测方法，属于环境监测技术领域。该方法选用发光菌Escherichia coli HB101 pUCD607作为检测用细菌，包括以下步骤：第一步，制备发光菌的菌悬液。第二步，样品梯度稀释。第三步，样品综合毒性测定。本发明的方法对pH范围要求不严格，不需要调节盐度，适合于不同pH条件下工业废水的发光菌综合毒性测试，对工业废水的综合毒性十分敏感。本发明建立了发光菌的微孔板测试方法，采样白色96孔板为实验容器在酶标仪上进行生物发光强度的检测，每块板的96个孔可以同时测定，而且所需样品体积可以从10mL缩小为250μL，实验操作简单便捷、快速。
