Abstract本发明公开了单一试剂自反应制备八面体晶型Ta2O5纳米颗粒的方法,包括以下步骤:(1)选取氟钽酸钾粉末溶于水中,将氟钽酸钾稀溶液置于预处理过的贵金属管中,密封;(2)将密封的贵金属管置于水热反应釜中,密封,调节水热反应釜内的温度为200~500℃,并采用惰性气体或去离子水调节水热反应釜内压力为50~200MPa,进行水解反应12~24h,反应结束后将反应釜降温至室温;(3)打开水热反应釜,取出反应后的贵金属管并打开,回收残余溶液,收集样品,洗涤、干燥后获得八面体晶型Ta2O5纳米颗粒。该方法采用单一试剂作为合成原料,成本低廉,能耗小,无污染,制备获得的Ta2O5纳米颗粒晶型完好,呈八面体型。
