Abstract本发明提供了一种规则二维MoS2纳米片的水热制备方法。该制备方法包括:在400‑600℃温度条件下进行水热反应分解MoS2前驱体,其中,所述MoS2前驱体被密封在反应容器中且所述反应容器置于水热反应釜中反应,反应容器是由400‑600℃温度条件下不与所述MoS2前驱体反应的材料制成,反应容器的内部装填有第一体积水且所述反应容器与所述水热反应釜之间填充有第二体积水以使所述反应容器的内外压力平衡,MoS2前驱体与所述第一体积水的质量体积比小于或等于10mg:1mL。本发明的这种制备方法也具备水热合成法所具有的可操作性强、成本低、污染小及产物重现好的优点。
