Abstract本实用新型公开了一种液压驱动水下钻机钻头结构,包括同轴设置的岩心管、直通接头、卡簧和钻头,所述钻头为由钻头钢体和金刚石胎体经热压成型的一体式结构,所述卡簧为与倒圆锥面锥度一致的倒圆锥弹性管状结构,侧壁设有轴向开口,其安装在钻头钢体内,所述直通接头前端设有向内的环状凸台。本实用新型的钻头结构,钻头和卡簧的结构设计巧妙,简化了传统取芯中要用到卡簧、卡簧座、短接、扩孔器等诸多工具,在钻进过程中,能够有效减缓卡簧和卡簧座的磨损,延长使用寿命,防止岩芯表面损坏,在取芯过程中,卡簧座同时将整个卡簧向内挤压,使得卡簧紧紧卡住岩芯,有效防止卡簧随卡簧座一起向上运动,使钻、取岩芯一次操作即可完成。
