Abstract	本发明公开了一种具有乙硫醇降解能力的芽孢杆菌及其在环境修复中的应用。本发明通过对广州市某河涌中活性污泥进行分离纯化，筛选出了一株对乙硫醇具有良好降解能力的芽孢杆菌，并将此芽孢杆菌命名为芽孢杆菌（Bacillussp.）GIGAN3，于2013年09月08日保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心（CCTCC），地址：中国武汉武汉大学，保藏编号为CCTCC?NO：M2013396。本发明所得到的芽孢杆菌GIGAN3对环境中乙硫醇降解效果较好，可将其应用于降解环境中乙硫醇，实现环境修复的目的。
