Abstract	本发明公开了一种以硅藻土为原料低温烧制多孔方石英的方法。它是将硅藻土粉末加入助剂溶液中，硅藻土的加入量为以硅藻土质量/助剂溶液体积计为1g/2-5ml，充分搅拌后干燥，所述的助剂溶液为质量分数7.20-17.33%的偏硅酸钠溶液或碱金属的硅酸盐溶液；将干燥后的固体升温至600～800℃，煅烧12-24小时，即可得到多孔方石英。本发明由于煅烧温度较低，该方石英产品保留了硅藻土形貌并具备丰富孔道结构，因此具有独特的良好保温性。所制得的方石英除具有其它合成方石英的固有性质外，还保留有硅藻土形貌并具备丰富多孔结构，并因此具备良好的保温性能。该方法具有耗能低，工艺简单，成本低廉，产品潜在工业价值高的优势。
