Abstract	本发明公开了一种用于热催化氧化甲醛的锰掺杂磁赤铁矿催化剂及其制备方法。本发明以铁盐、锰盐作为主要原料，通过氢氧化钠共沉淀法合成锰掺杂磁铁矿前驱体，然后经过洗涤，冷冻干燥，筛选，焙烧氧化制备得到用于热催化氧化甲醛的锰掺杂磁赤铁矿催化剂。该类催化剂为颗粒状，具有尖晶石结构，呈弱磁性。其可有效催化氧化高浓度的甲醛，用于在300℃条件下去除高浓度(>1000mL/m³)的甲醛，甲醛去除率达到90％以上；具有催化活性高、起燃温度低、热稳定性好、便于分离与回收、无二次污染和成本低廉等优点，适用于工业废气中高浓度甲醛的净化处理。
