Abstract本发明公开了一种用于热催化氧化甲苯的铁离子交换钛离子柱撑蒙脱石催化剂及其制备方法。本发明以钠基蒙脱石、铁盐、钛盐作为原料，钠基蒙脱石通过钛离子柱撑得到钛柱撑蒙脱石前驱体，经煅烧后得到钛柱撑蒙脱石，然后用铁离子交换钛柱撑蒙脱石，合成铁离子交换钛离子柱撑蒙脱石前驱体，经洗涤，干燥，过筛，煅烧制备得到用于热催化氧化甲苯的铁离子交换钛离子柱撑蒙脱石催化剂。其可有效催化氧化高浓度的甲苯，用于在375℃条件下去除高浓度(>1000mL/m3)的甲笨，甲苯去除率达到90％以上；具有催化活性高、成本低廉、热稳定性好、无二次污染等优点，适用于工业废气中高浓度甲苯的净化处理。
