| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种处理含油烟、粉尘复杂工业有机废气的方法及设备与应用。所述处理含油烟、粉尘复杂工业有机废气的方法包括水喷淋预处理、等离子体除尘和光催化氧化三个步骤。实现该方法的设备包括通过管道依次相连的集气罩、喷淋塔以及等离子体除尘器-光催化氧化一体化反应器；其中，喷淋塔与等离子体除尘器-光催化氧化一体化反应器之间以及设备出气口均设置有风机。本发明方法可以有效保证有机废气完全去除的处理效果和长期性稳定性；本发明提供的设备处理有机废气，有机废气的平均去除效率达90％以上，且该设备组合紧凑、占地面积小，可以有效地降低设计和处理成本，同时可以有效延长等离子体电极和光催化的使用寿命。 |
