Abstract	本实用新型公开了一种处理复杂工业有机废气的光催化氧化设备。所述设备包括集气罩、喷淋塔以及等离子体除尘器与光催化氧化一体化反应器；所述集气罩、喷淋塔以及等离子体除尘器与光催化氧化一体化反应器通过管道依次相连；其中，所述喷淋塔、等离子体除尘器与光催化氧化一体化反应器之间以及设备出气口均设置有风机。本实用新型提供的设备可广泛用于各种工业有机废气处理，有机废气的平均去除效率达90％以上，且该设备组合紧凑、占地面积小，可以有效地降低设计和处理成本，同时可以有效延长等离子体电极和光催化的使用寿命。
