Abstract本发明公开了一种菲降解菌Acinetobacter tandoii LJ-5及其应用。本发明分离得到一株以菲为碳源的降解菌株,根据菌株形态、生理特征、革兰氏反应、16S rDNA基因测序分析、DNA-DNA杂交实验及系统发育分析,鉴定该菌株为Acinetobacter tandoii种的不同株系并将其命名为Acinetobacter tandoii LJ-5。该菌能够利用菲作为唯一碳源并且很快地降解菲:在菲初始浓度为100-200mg·L-1环境下培养3天后,降解率均可达80%以上;在菲的初始浓度为400-1000mg·L-1环境下培养7天后,降解率均可达到60%以上;该菌株在生物修复方面具有较好的应用潜力。
