Abstract	本发明公开了一种高长径比有机硅烷嫁接水滑石的合成方法，即焙烧－复原法。该方法利用了水滑石的“结构记忆效应”，将共沉淀制备的水滑石前体进行焙烧和结构重建（在单一阴离子CO32-环境）。相当于将较粗糙的、形貌和颗粒不均一的、物相和层间阴离子不纯的水滑石前体，进行了一次重结晶过程，保证了产物的纯粹性和形貌粒径等的统一，所得到的有机硅烷嫁接水滑石尺寸为纳米级，可望提高其在高分子基体材料中的分散性，用于制备高性能的纳米复合材料。本合成工艺中采用的金属盐为NO3－，合成过程中空气和溶液中的CO2将进入反应体系，最终层间阴离子为CO32－，杜绝了潜在的二次污染。
