Abstract本发明公开了一种高长径比有机硅烷嫁接水滑石的合成方法,即焙烧-复原法。该方法利用了水滑石的“结构记忆效应”,将共沉淀制备的水滑石前体进行焙烧和结构重建(在单一阴离子CO32-环境)。相当于将较粗糙的、形貌和颗粒不均一的、物相和层间阴离子不纯的水滑石前体,进行了一次重结晶过程,保证了产物的纯粹性和形貌粒径等的统一,所得到的有机硅烷嫁接水滑石尺寸为纳米级,可望提高其在高分子基体材料中的分散性,用于制备高性能的纳米复合材料。本合成工艺中采用的金属盐为NO3-,合成过程中空气和溶液中的CO2将进入反应体系,最终层间阴离子为CO32-,杜绝了潜在的二次污染。
