Abstract	本实用新型涉及一种便携式激光诱导击穿光谱分析仪。该分析仪包括固态激光器、光路单元和数据处理单元，其中，所述光路单元包括二向色镜、第一聚焦透镜、第二聚焦透镜、光纤、多通道光谱仪。所述固态激光器发出的激光依次通过所述二向色镜、第一聚焦透镜投射在样品上；该样品发出的辐射信号依次通过所述第一聚焦透镜、二向色镜、第二聚焦透镜进入所述分光光纤的进入端，从所述多个光纤分支进入所述多通道光谱仪中；所述数据处理单元包括与所述光谱仪连接的数据采集器和与所述数据采集器连接的处理器。本实用新型通过激光诱导样品产生辐射信号，经光路单元和数据处理单元收集辐射信号、分析后，得出样品的元素组成和浓度。
