Abstract本发明公开了一种具有大比表面积、高孔体积的硅藻土模板炭及其制备方法。该方法是将硅藻土碳化得到未去除模板的硅藻土-炭复合体,然后将未去除模板的硅藻土-炭复合体于水蒸气或二氧化碳的气氛下,升温至700~900℃,充分煅烧1~3个小时后粉碎得活化后的固体,活化后的固体再去除模板,洗涤干燥后得大比表面积、高孔体积硅藻土模板炭。利用本发明的方法制备的大比表面积、高孔体积硅藻土模板炭具有优异的性质和优异的亚甲基蓝吸附能力,可广泛应用于吸附、分离、负载及电容器制备等领域,具有广阔的应用前景。本发明的方法具有成本低廉、流程简单、高效、低污染及低能耗等优势。
