| Abstract | 本实用新型公开一种可防止粉尘堵塞的抽气阀，包括压帽、螺栓、活动杆、取气阀体、顶杆和与顶杆相连接的旋转手柄，压帽分别与螺栓和取气阀体相连接，压帽的外壁下部设有安装螺纹，在螺栓上开设有通孔，压帽上设有与通孔相对应的开口，活动杆安装在通孔及开口上且与顶杆相连接，活动杆的外壁与开口的内壁之间存在透气间隙，在活动杆还设有凸缘，凸缘与压帽内腔壁之间设有第一密封圈，凸缘与螺栓之间安装有弹簧，在活动杆上设有通气槽，取气阀体内设有连通取气管道的取气腔，在通孔的下端设有过滤棉。本实用新型结构简单，通过过滤棉能阻挡粉末堵塞通气管道；在样品磨碎完成后，通过活动杆可在不破坏真空条件下使过滤棉脱落，保证抽气正常进行。 |
