Abstract	本发明提供一种铜硫尾矿中硫、铁资源回收处理工艺，属于矿山固体废物资源化领域。其特征在于首先使用浮选法回收尾矿中的硫化矿，使尾矿中的硫和铁富集到硫化矿粗矿中，有效硫的回收率达到95％。然后以焙烧法处理硫化矿，从烟气中回收SO₂，烟气的SO₂的浓度达到3％～5％，经除尘后经催化处理制备硫酸，尾气以氨法脱硫，并制得硫酸铵产品，制硫酸SO₂回收率达到95％。焙烧渣经破碎后以湿式圆筒磁选机回收磁铁矿，铁的回收率达到85％。本发明通过分选富集-焙烧回收了尾矿中的硫和铁资源，消除了硫化矿尾矿引起的环境污染，实现了较高的经济效益和环境效益。
