Abstract	本发明公开了一种抗诺氟沙星多克隆抗体及其制备方法和应用。该抗体是通过以下方法制备的：a)免疫原的制备：以诺氟沙星为半抗原，通过N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺活性酯法(NHS)将诺氟沙星与牛血清蛋白(BSA)偶联，得到免疫原；b)多克隆抗体的制备：将免疫原免疫动物，取动物血清，用免疫球蛋白A亲和层析法对血清进行纯化，最后获得的抗体，即为抗诺氟沙星多克隆抗体。该抗诺氟沙星多克隆抗体具有单一性高、灵敏度高、特异性强、并且能长期保存，能高效结合诺氟沙星的优点，因此可应用于检测诺氟沙星在水环境中的残留。
