| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种铅锌尾矿焙烧浸出处理工艺：包括以下步骤：(1)将尾矿烘干后进行焙烧；(2)采用浸出工艺处理步骤(1)得到的焙烧渣，得到浸出液和滤渣。为了进一步提高浸出液中金属的浓度和浸出回收率，步骤(2)所述的浸出工艺为两段逆流五次循环浸出工艺。本发明利用焙烧-浸出法回收铅锌尾矿中的稀贵金属，通过焙烧处理促进了金属的形态改变，使稀贵金属更易溶出，实现了不同种类稀贵金属的同时浸出。本发明所述铅锌尾矿焙烧浸出处理工艺具有回收金属种类多、浸出效率高的特点，有利于实现尾矿的综合回收，增加企业的经济效益。 |
