Abstract	本发明公开一种小型/微型超高真空装置。该装置的机械干泵与三通管的一个端口相连，该三通管的另外两端口分别与第一分子泵和第二分子泵相连，第一分子泵经气阀A与第一四通管的第一端口相连，外接管经手动阀F与第一四通管的第二端口相连，第三端口经气阀B与离子泵相连，第四端口经气阀C与第二四通管的第二端口相连，第二四通管的第一端口经气阀D与第二分子气泵相连，第三端口经气阀E与杂质吸收器相连，第四端口经手动阀G与外接管相连，在构件与构件间的连接管道外表面有电加热带，上述构件与构件，构件与连接管道之间均采用金属接口相连。本装置能获得极高真空，且结构简单，成本低，对于向民用工业实现小型超高真空系统具有重要意义。
