Abstract	本发明提供了一种具有双酚A降解矿化能力的芽孢杆菌，该菌种从广东贵屿镇电子垃圾高风险区的污泥进行分离、纯化获得，为芽孢杆菌属的一个变种，命名为芽孢杆菌(Bacillus?sp.)GZB，并于2010年12月13日保藏于中国典型培养物保藏中心，保藏编号为CCTCC?NO：M?2010345。该菌种具有能够降解矿化双酚A的能力，矿化率可达35～51％，降解率可达90～100％，可将其应用于生物降解矿化具有环境荷尔蒙效应的内分泌干扰素双酚A。
