| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种浸出回收铜尾矿中铁、铜、锌、铅的工艺，本方法可用于铜尾矿中铁、铜、锌、铅的回收。以质量分数为10％的硫酸浸出尾矿，浸出温度为30℃，固液比(m∶V＝1∶3)，浸出时间2h，铜、铁、锌最高浸出回收率分别可达99％、87％和85％。以氨水调节浸出液酸浸液pH至4，产生铁质量分数高于35％的含铁渣。以体积分数为20％的合成萃取剂(醛肟，酮肟体积比为1∶1)萃取滤液中的铜，萃取相比O/A＝1∶1，以质量分数为10％的硫酸反萃取，萃取相比O/A＝2∶1，萃取有机相回用。电解回收反萃液中的铜，可得质量分数高于99％的电解铜；调节萃余液pH至9.5，产生锌质量分数高于20％的含锌沉淀渣。以沉淀转型-醋酸溶解-锌置换工艺回收尾矿酸浸渣中的铅，可得品味高于70％的海绵铅。 |
