Abstract本发明公开了一种浸出回收铜尾矿中铁、铜、锌、铅的工艺,本方法可用于铜尾矿中铁、铜、锌、铅的回收。以质量分数为10%的硫酸浸出尾矿,浸出温度为30℃,固液比(m∶V=1∶3),浸出时间2h,铜、铁、锌最高浸出回收率分别可达99%、87%和85%。以氨水调节浸出液酸浸液pH至4,产生铁质量分数高于35%的含铁渣。以体积分数为20%的合成萃取剂(醛肟,酮肟体积比为1∶1)萃取滤液中的铜,萃取相比O/A=1∶1,以质量分数为10%的硫酸反萃取,萃取相比O/A=2∶1,萃取有机相回用。电解回收反萃液中的铜,可得质量分数高于99%的电解铜;调节萃余液pH至9.5,产生锌质量分数高于20%的含锌沉淀渣。以沉淀转型-醋酸溶解-锌置换工艺回收尾矿酸浸渣中的铅,可得品味高于70%的海绵铅。
