| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种利用铜尾矿制备水泥的尾矿资源化处理方法，混合含水率为50％的铜浮选尾矿和固化剂，混合质量比为3∶7，固化剂由水泥熟料、硫酸钙和外加添加剂按质量比80～90∶3～12∶7～8混合，所用添加剂为硫酸铝、硫酸铁和高岭土按任意配比组成，机械混合尾矿和固化剂8～10min。混合后的固化块前体在养护湿度为95％，温度为25±1℃的条件下养护。制成的水泥块强度28d抗压强度大于42.5MPa，28d抗折强度大于6.5MPa，满足矿渣硅酸盐水泥42.5R级水泥强度要求；尾矿水泥安定性、凝结时间等水泥性能指标均符合《普通硅酸盐水泥标准》(GB175-2007)，养护形成的水泥块重金属浸出量满足《危险废物鉴别标准-浸出毒性鉴别》(GB5085.3-2007)标准。该发明既可以处置铜选厂尾矿使铜矿企业达到尾矿零排放目的，又可以回收尾矿用作建筑材料，达到回收利用尾矿的目的。本发明具有原料易得、成本低、效果稳定、操作程序简单等优点。 |
