| Abstract | 本实用新型公开了一种平板过滤器，包括过滤盘，过滤盘包括构成其过滤腔体的上夹板和下夹板，上夹板和下夹板上均设有液体出入口，过滤盘内设有过滤膜以及设于过滤膜的下部可支撑过滤膜的支撑平板，支撑平板为金属粉末烧结板，支撑平板上设有若干滤液通道。此平板过滤器中，用于支撑过滤膜的支撑平板采用金属粉末烧结而成的，与多孔的支撑板相比较，烧结金属板的平均孔径得到极大的减小，可承受更高的过滤压力，过滤膜的颗粒物承载量和过滤量也得到有效提高，使得边缘毛细管效应得到极大增强，使得其有效过滤面积得到提高，从而提高平板过滤器的过滤效率，此实用新型用于过滤装置领域。 |
