| Abstract | 本发明公开了一种黄金样品管的焊接工艺及焊接装置，旨在提供一种操作简单、效率高、可保证黄金样品管焊接效果的焊接工艺，工艺的技术要点包括：(1)先封闭样品管的一端；(2)充填实验样品并称重；(3)将样品管放入带排气口的水箱内，并使样品管保持基本直立且下部浸入水中；(4)向水箱内充入氩气使样品管内的空气排出；(5)在持续充入氩气的条件下将样品管的上端封闭；其装置的技术要点包括敞口箱体和设置在该箱体敞口部的集气罩，其中所述的箱体内设有黄金样品管支架，该黄金样品管支架设有多个可保持黄金样品管基本直立的插孔，箱体上设有氩气进管与箱体内部连通；所述的集气罩顶部设有排气口。本发明用于黄金样品管的封装焊接。 |
