Abstract	本实用新型公开了一种处理复杂工业有机废气的一体化净化设备，包括依次连接的用于收集气体的集气罩、反应箱体和用于抽出气体的风机；按照气体的走向，反应箱体内依次设置有静电除尘器、光催化反应装置、臭氧发生器和吸附床层；在光催化反应装置和吸附剂之间为臭氧发生区；吸附床层上设置有吸附剂。使用该组合工艺设备处理有机废气，有机废气的总处理效率达90%以上，总悬浮颗粒物的去除率90%以上。该设备组合紧凑、占地面积小，不但不会对环境造成二次污染，而且还可以有效地降低成本，可广泛用于复杂工业有机废气处理。
