| Abstract | 本实用新型公开了一种黄金样品管自动焊接装置，其包括氩气室(1)、氩弧焊机(2)、程序控制器(3)，氩气室设有进气口(4)和出气口(5)，氩气室中设有转盘(6)，转盘连接有驱动电机(7)，转盘的上面设有若干个金管定位孔(8)，各个金管定位孔处于以转盘转动中心为圆心的圆周上，氩气室在金管定位孔的正上方的两侧分别设有红外发射器(9)和红外接收器(10)，氩弧焊机的钨焊针(11)设在氩气室中，钨焊针的端部设在金管定位孔的正上方，程序控制器连接氩弧焊机、驱动电机、红外发射器、红外接收器。本实用新型采用自动焊接的方式，焊接效率高，焊接成功率100％，焊缝平整光滑，焊接的时间短，样品最高受热温度不超过40摄氏度。 |
