Abstract	一种电解自由基氧化生物活性炭水处理技术，将需要处理的原水进入处理单元的电解部分，首先经过阳极产生的羟基自由基的氧化和阴极产生的氢自由基在阴极表面的催化加成，使有机物降解脱毒；同时阳极产生的分子态氧供给下一步生物活性炭利用，经降解脱毒后的处理水经过生物活性炭处理后，有机污染物进一步去除，达到深度处理的目的。是一种新型的给水或有机废水深度处理的技术。
