| Abstract | 本实用新型提供一种离心珠帘选矿机，本选矿机的结构，包括加矿斗、中空轴、离心筒、外罩、重矿物出料口、轻矿物出料口和变速电机，本机的特点是在离心筒壁的内筒面垂挂有若干层珠帘，在变速电机驱动下，离心筒与中空轴作相对转动，矿浆由加矿斗加入中空轴，再由中空轴上的出矿孔进入离心筒，离心筒中的矿浆在离心力的作用下，重矿物获得加速度，穿透珠帘层成为重矿物产品，而矿浆中的轻矿物，没有足够的力量穿越珠帘层，被阻挡在珠帘的表面，并随矿浆而下，从离心简体下部的轻矿物出料口流出成为轻矿物产品。这样，重矿物和轻矿物在离心力和珠帘介质的作用下得到有效、连续、快速的分选。 |
