Abstract	本发明是一种湿式漆凝剂的制备方法及其应用，该方法是将一种含有硅和金属离子的无机高分子物质I与一种水溶性低分子缩合物II按100重量份中95∶5～5∶95的比例混合，并添加稳定剂配制而成，稳定剂与无机高分子物质I的重量配比为0.2～2∶100；应用时，使用浓度以循环水量计400～3000ppm或以过喷漆量计1∶5～1∶15，循环水的pH值为8～10或以CaCO₃计碱度为1000～2000mg/l，接触反应时间为5～20分钟。本发明可在400～3000ppm的低浓度下发挥减粘、凝聚作用，对多种溶剂型涂料有很好的减粘、凝聚作用，且不会产生大量废弃物和额外的处理费用，维持循环水长期有效和安全使用。
